Venue Information and Registration

The meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Downtown Denver, CO on April 2nd-4th, 2019.

April 2nd and 3rd will be full days and the meeting will end at noon on April 4th.

Note that attendance by parties outside of the DOE labs, the lab collaborators, and the vendors involved in current COEs will be limited and by invitation only. If you did not explicitly receive an invitation from your COE lead, please submit your request to a steering committee member.

Meeting registration can be found here. The registration fee is $300. The fee includes breakfast, lunch, AM and PM refreshments, and there will be a reception with appetizers the evening of April 2nd. You do NOT have to submit a proposal in order to attend/register. The registration deadline is March 1st 8th, 2019.

There is a block of rooms held at the government rate of $179. This rate will expire March 1st, 2019, after which you'll be subject to the hotel's prevailing rate.
